Key Responsibilities
AI Architecture
Design end-to-end LLM architecture:
Pretraining
Supervised fine-tuning
RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback)
Technical Leadership
Define AI technology roadmap
Select frameworks, tools, and infrastructure
Oversee integration of:
Data pipelines
Model training environments
Deployment infrastructure
Research & Innovation
Evaluate models such as:
OpenAI GPT
Mistral AI Mistral
DeepSeek DeepSeek
Qwen
FinBERT
Governance & Risk
Manage architectural risks
Apply AI best practices
Ensure scalable and secure AI systems
Required Skills
AI/ML and NLP expertise
LLM architecture experience
Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
Data engineering & big data knowledge
MLOps and ML lifecycle management
Distributed systems & scalable software architecture
