Job Summary — TAHPI Pty Limited

TAHPI is hiring experienced Junior Architects for its healthcare architecture projects in Coimbatore. The role focuses on hospital planning, healthcare facility documentation, coordination with consultants, and architectural execution using Revit and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit/AutoCAD
Support healthcare space planning and hospital layout development
Ensure compliance with healthcare design standards and codes
Coordinate with MEP and structural consultants
Participate in site visits, design reviews, and documentation updates
Maintain project records and drawing sets
Work with senior architects to meet project delivery timelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
7+ years of architectural experience
4–5 years of healthcare/hospital design experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
Understanding of hospital planning and healthcare compliance standards
Good communication and teamwork skills
