Role Overview

The Architect / Senior Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, managing project execution processes, and coordinating design and construction activities. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure project feasibility, quality delivery, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts and detailed architectural designs.
Ensure innovative, practical, and functional planning solutions.
Oversee project management activities including:
Planning
Scheduling
Execution tracking
Budget adherence
Coordinate design integration with construction and engineering teams.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and project teams.
Support implementation of architectural software tools and integrated systems.
Monitor project progress and resolve design or execution challenges effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in:
Architecture
Architectural Design
Functional Planning
Experience with software development and integration related to architectural tools and systems.
Good understanding of project lifecycle management.
Project Management
Strong project management capabilities including:
Scope management
Timeline planning
Budget control
Resource coordination
Certifications
Relevant Architect certifications or licenses preferred/required.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in real estate or residential development projects will have an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and fast-paced project environments.
