About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Junior Architect to join our architectural design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential house design based on Vastu principles and group housing projects, with strong technical and design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Design residential houses and group housing projects as per client requirements and Vastu principles.
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
Ensure design compliance with project specifications and standards.
Support project execution and site coordination when required.
Collaborate with internal teams for timely project delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
2–8 years of experience in architectural design projects.
Experience in residential and group housing projects.
Knowledge of Vastu-based planning and design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting tools.
Knowledge of Autodesk Revit is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of construction detailing and space planning.
