Organize and maintain office documents and registers efficiently
Prepare reports and maintain records when required
Operations & Dispatch
Perform quality checks on products
Handle product dispatch activities and coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Team player with strong coordination skills
Basic knowledge of:
MS Excel

PowerPoint Presentations
Good writing and report preparation skills will be an added advantage
