Job Summary

Hiring AR Caller / Senior AR Caller professionals for a healthcare RCM process. The role involves handling accounts receivable follow-ups, insurance claim processing, and coordinating with international clients to resolve billing and payment-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) calling for US healthcare clients
Follow up with insurance companies on pending claims
Resolve claim denials and payment issues
Work on RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes
Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and claim status
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments
Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections and updates
Required Experience
1 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing / RCM
Experience in healthcare BPO preferred
Eligibility Criteria
Previous company relieving letter mandatory
PF documentation mandatory
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period preferred
Salary Details
Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
Work Environment
Healthcare RCM process (US clients)
Rotational shifts may apply depending on process requirements
Walk-in interview selection process
Candidate Profile
Good communication skills in English
Experience in AR follow-up and denial management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle US healthcare billing processes
