Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester (DB / ERP) to support a critical enterprise ERP migration project. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in manual testing, SQL, data validation, and migration testing within ERP environments.

Candidates with experience working on client-server ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or custom enterprise applications are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing focused on:
Data Validation
Data Integrity
Migration Accuracy
Execute complex SQL queries to validate large datasets before and after migration.
Understand database schemas, mappings, and data transformation logic.
Validate:
Business Logic
ERP Workflows
Data Consistency
Collaborate with:
Developers
DBAs
Business Analysts
Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
Prepare and maintain:
Test Cases
Test Plans
Test Data
Participate in:
System Testing
Integration Testing
ERP Module Validation

Experience
4+ years of experience in:
Manual Testing
Database Testing
ERP Testing
Technical Skills

Strong expertise in:

SQL Queries
Data Validation
Data Comparison
Migration Testing

Good understanding of:

RDBMS Concepts
Stored Procedures
SQL Joins
Indexing
ERP & Migration Experience

Experience working with:

Client-Server ERP Systems
SAP
Oracle ERP
In-house ERP Platforms

Hands-on experience in:

Legacy System Migration
Data Transformation Validation
Enterprise Data Migration Projects
