Job Overview

We are hiring experienced OHE Supervisors to oversee Overhead Electrification (OHE) activities for railway infrastructure projects in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in railway electrification systems, safety compliance, and field supervision.

This role involves coordinating with field teams, monitoring project execution, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and supporting timely completion of OHE works.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily OHE (Overhead Electrification) activities at project sites.
Ensure compliance with railway safety and operational standards.
Coordinate with:
Field teams
Contractors
Project stakeholders
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/site progress reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve site-related technical or operational issues.
Ensure timely execution and completion of assigned electrification works.
Maintain quality standards and safety protocols throughout project execution.
Support efficient workforce and material coordination at the site.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in OHE / Railway Electrification projects.
Strong knowledge of:
Railway Electrification Standards
OHE Systems
Safety Procedures & Compliance
Ability to supervise field operations and manage teams effectively.
Good coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
