Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer to oversee daily construction site operations, manage labor and materials, and ensure project quality and timely execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong civil execution knowledge, leadership abilities, and site coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and document daily construction activities at project sites.
Coordinate labor teams, contractors, and site operations.
Monitor material usage and maintain site quality standards.
Plan material requirements and ensure timely availability.
Interpret:
Construction drawings
Structural plans
Technical specifications
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
Submit daily progress reports to the management team.
Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
Civil Engineering
Related field
Required Skills
Strong understanding of civil construction execution.
Ability to lead and manage site teams effectively.
Knowledge of:
Project Planning
Scheduling
Resource Allocation
Good communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in residential or commercial building projects is an added advantage.
Experience Required
0–6 years of field experience.
