We are looking for a highly experienced and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team and support data-driven business decisions across Immigration and Real Estate domains.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.
Conduct market research and trend analysis related to immigration and real estate sectors.
Develop data models and predictive analytics solutions for pricing, growth forecasting, and business intelligence.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems using BI tools.
Automate reporting and analytical workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence roles.
Strong expertise in:
SQL
Python or R
Advanced Excel
Power BI or Tableau
Hands-on experience in:
Data Modeling
Statistical Analysis
Predictive Analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Immigration Consulting or Real Estate Advisory domains is highly preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Ability to work with large datasets and generate strategic insights.
Experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
Strong understanding of business metrics and reporting frameworks.
Self-driven professional capable of working in fast-paced environments.
