About the Role

A renowned construction firm is hiring a dedicated Project Architect & Interior Supervisor for an iconic upcoming luxury bungalow project in Madurai.

The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural execution knowledge, interior supervision expertise, MEP coordination capabilities, and premium residential project experience. This role requires hands-on site involvement from concept execution to final handover.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural Detailing & Site Execution
Review and interpret architectural drawings for accurate site execution.
Coordinate with:
Consultants
Structural engineers
Service providers
Ensure drawing compliance and execution quality.
Translate architectural concepts into practical site implementations with premium detailing standards.
2. Material Knowledge & Site Supervision
Demonstrate strong understanding of:
Construction materials
Interior finishes
Application methods
Finishing techniques
Verify material specifications against drawings.
Monitor procurement schedules and site material planning.
3. Team & Labour Management
Supervise:
Contractors
Labour teams
Execution staff
Communicate effectively in Hindi and English for smooth site coordination.
Resolve on-site technical and execution issues proactively.
4. MEP Coordination (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Automation)
Coordinate execution of:
Electrical systems
Plumbing systems
HVAC systems
Automation systems
Work closely with MEP consultants and vendors.
Ensure MEP integration aligns with architectural and interior design intent.
5. Interior Execution Supervision
Oversee execution of:
Wardrobes
Paneling
Veneer work
Modular furniture
Custom furniture
Ensure quality execution of:
PU finishes
Polish
Laminates
Veneers
6. Flooring & Finishing Works
Supervise:
Italian marble laying
Stone flooring
Wooden flooring
Tile flooring
Ensure:
Proper floor levels
Joint alignment
Adhesive application
Edge detailing
Premium finishing quality
7. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare:
Daily progress reports
Weekly progress updates
Site documentation
Share:
Site photographs
Material tracking updates
Execution status reports with management

Salary Range:
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
