Role Overview

ARCH-EN DESIGN is urgently hiring an experienced Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design Engineer / PHE Engineer to support architectural and engineering projects involving public health engineering systems.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, coordinating, and managing plumbing and fire fighting systems while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
PHE System Design
Design and develop:
Plumbing systems
Fire fighting systems
Public health engineering (PHE) solutions
Prepare:
BOQs
Technical drawings
System layouts
Specifications
Project Coordination
Coordinate with:
Architects
Civil engineers
Consultants
Contractors
Project teams
Ensure project deliverables align with timelines and quality standards.
Project Management
Manage project execution activities including:
Resource planning
Technical coordination
Site support
Design validation
Compliance & Quality
Ensure adherence to:
Safety standards
Regulatory guidelines
Quality control procedures
Review system performance and implementation quality.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Engineering
Civil Engineering
Related field
Specialized training in:
Public Health Engineering
Environmental Engineering
is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in:
Plumbing design
Fire fighting system design
PHE engineering projects
Experience in architectural firms is highly preferred.
