Role Overview

Sharvah Housing Promoters is looking for a skilled and passionate Architect to lead architectural design projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent visualization skills, and the ability to independently manage projects while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires hands-on involvement in design development, project coordination, drafting, visualization, and execution management.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Planning
Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion.
Prepare comprehensive architectural designs and project documentation.
Develop innovative and technically sound design solutions.
Project Execution & Coordination
Ensure proper execution of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
Technical Documentation
Prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
Integrate design software tools into workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
Support project execution through technical detailing and coordination.
Visualization & Presentation
Create 3D visualizations and presentation materials using:
SketchUp
V-Ray
Photoshop
Present design concepts effectively to clients and teams.
Team Collaboration
Lead projects independently while working collaboratively with a team.
Participate in design discussions and problem-solving activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
3–5+ years of professional architectural experience.
Strong technical knowledge in architectural design and execution.

Expert-level proficiency in:
AutoCAD (Mandatory)
Proficiency in:
SketchUp
V-Ray
Photoshop
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong architectural design and project management skills.
Experience handling large-scale architectural projects.
Ability to independently lead projects and coordinate teams.
Strong understanding of construction documentation and workflows.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
