Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, MLOps, and scalable architecture design, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Architecture & Solution Design
Architect and design end-to-end AI/ML solutions from:
Data ingestion
Model training
Deployment
Monitoring
Build scalable, secure, explainable, and compliant AI systems.
Collaboration & Strategy
Collaborate with:
Business teams
Product teams
Data engineering teams
Development teams
Identify opportunities for AI adoption and automation.
Technology Evaluation
Evaluate and select suitable:
AI frameworks
Cloud platforms
MLOps tools
Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and feasibility studies for emerging AI technologies.
Leadership & Mentorship
Lead and mentor:
Data Scientists
ML Engineers
Developers
Define architectural standards and best practices.
MLOps & Deployment
Design and maintain MLOps pipelines for:
CI/CD
Model deployment
Monitoring
Versioning
Ensure continuous improvement and governance of AI systems.
Data & Governance
Collaborate with data engineering teams on:
Data architecture
Data quality
Governance
Accessibility
Ensure responsible AI practices and model interpretability.
Preferred Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
Computer Science
Data Science
Artificial Intelligence
Related fields
Experience
Minimum 8 years in AI/ML solution development and architecture
At least 3 years in an architectural or leadership role
