Senior Architect / Interior Design Project Lead – Job Description
Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Senior Architect / Interior Design Project Lead to oversee end-to-end execution of premium residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on site execution experience to ensure projects are delivered with exceptional quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead projects from concept development to final execution.
Manage end-to-end project coordination and delivery timelines.
Prepare:
Detailed drawings
BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Work schedules
Site reports
Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise on-site execution ensuring flawless quality control.
Ensure design intent is executed accurately in every detail, finish, texture, and spatial element.
Troubleshoot on-site execution challenges efficiently.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with:
Contractors
Vendors
Consultants
Clients
Maintain clear communication and ensure smooth project workflow.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor junior architects and design team members.
Ensure accountability, quality standards, and timely execution across teams.
Required Qualifications
B.Arch or M.Arch degree is mandatory.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in architecture/interior design execution.
Strong expertise in technical drawings and detailing.
Experience handling premium residential and commercial projects.
Excellent problem-solving and site coordination skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and client-handling abilities.
Immediate joining preferred.
Bonus Skills
Experience working with boutique or design-led studios.
Ability to manage fast-paced, detail-intensive, high-aesthetic projects.
Knowledge of:
Sustainable materials
Modern construction technologies
Contemporary build practices
