Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Windchill Architect who can lead technical solutioning, drive end-to-end development activities, and independently deliver scalable PLM solutions using PTC Windchill.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Windchill customization, configuration, architecture design, and hands-on development, along with the ability to lead teams and demonstrate solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Windchill solution architecture, customization, and configuration initiatives.
Drive end-to-end development and implementation activities.
Design scalable and maintainable PLM solutions aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish development standards and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Take ownership of complex technical deliverables and ensure timely execution.
Develop and demonstrate Windchill-based solutions to stakeholders and clients.

10+ years of hands-on experience in:
Windchill Development
Windchill Delivery
Windchill Architecture
Strong expertise in:
Windchill Customization
Configuration
Solution Design
Proven ability to independently manage complex projects.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to develop and demo technical solutions effectively.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Self-driven and technically strong professional.
Ability to work independently in remote environments.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Experience handling enterprise-scale PLM implementations is preferred.
