Position Details
Role: Senior ServiceNow Architect / Developer
Experience: 9–12 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days work from office mandatory)
Shift Timing: Flexible (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST)
Mandatory Overlap: 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST with Canada team
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
Lead end-to-end development of custom applications, workflows, and platform enhancements.
Develop and customize solutions using:
ServiceNow Studio
Flow Designer
JavaScript scripting
Design and implement integrations using:
REST APIs
SOAP APIs
MID Server
IntegrationHub
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Ensure platform governance, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Define and maintain coding standards and architectural best practices.
Support platform upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements proactively.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
9–12 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
Strong expertise in:
JavaScript
ServiceNow APIs
Data modeling
ACLs
Business Rules
Script Includes
Client Scripts
UI Policies
Extensive experience with integrations such as REST, SOAP, JDBC, and LDAP.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
Experience working in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.
