Role Overview

India LawShield is expanding its national panel of High Court advocates and is seeking skilled, ethical, and experienced legal professionals capable of handling diverse litigation matters across various High Courts in India.

The role involves courtroom representation, legal drafting, strategic advisory, and coordination with the organization’s internal legal team.

Key Responsibilities
Represent India LawShield clients before respective State High Courts
Draft:
Writ Petitions
Appeals
Revisions
SLP-related drafts
Legal notices
Handle:
Urgent matters
Stay applications
Interim relief petitions
Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal opinions
Coordinate professionally with internal legal teams and clients
Ensure ethical practice, timely communication, and client-focused legal service
Required Qualifications
LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university
Valid Bar Council enrollment
License to practice before High Courts in India
Minimum 3 years of active High Court litigation experience
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of:
Writ jurisdiction
High Court procedures
Relevant case laws
Excellent:
Drafting skills
Legal research ability
Courtroom argument skills
Client-handling capabilities
Ability to manage urgent filings and fast-paced litigation work
