Role Overview

Skillarbitrage is looking for a qualified lawyer passionate about teaching, automation, and AI integration. This role combines legal expertise, education, technology, and mentorship to create impactful learning experiences for students across multiple disciplines.

The selected candidate will work remotely and contribute to course development, AI-enhanced education, and student career growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver courses using interactive, Socratic teaching methodologies
Develop engaging course materials across legal and non-legal domains
Create AI-enhanced learning modules and automation-driven educational workflows
Conduct interactive teaching and mentoring sessions
Guide students in:
Learning outcomes
Career development
Freelancing and job opportunities
Manage and improve course NPS (Net Promoter Score)
Collaborate on improving course content, pedagogy, and learning systems
Work across multidisciplinary subjects as opportunities arise
Utilize company time-tracking and workflow systems effectively
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should:

Have 3+ years of legal practice experience (PQE)
Be passionate about teaching and mentoring
Possess strong AI and automation skills
Enjoy continuous learning across domains beyond law
Have excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities
Be comfortable simplifying complex concepts for learners
Thrive in a remote work environment
Be proactive, self-driven, and adaptable

Qualifications
Law degree from a recognized institution
