Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate legal professional to join as a Faculty for Academic Writing & AI Integration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, exploring AI and automation tools, and working across multiple domains beyond traditional legal practice.

The selected candidate will design and deliver engaging training modules, integrate AI into educational workflows, and mentor students toward global remote career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver interactive courses using Socratic teaching methods
Develop training modules and course materials across legal and non-legal domains
Create AI-enhanced learning content and automation-driven educational workflows
Conduct engaging online teaching sessions and workshops
Guide students on:
Career development
Freelancing opportunities
Remote work readiness
Skill enhancement
Track student learning outcomes and improve course satisfaction (NPS)
Help students secure jobs, clients, and career growth opportunities
Contribute ideas for improving pedagogy, course structure, and content
Work across diverse domains such as:
AI
Automation
HR
Marketing
Business operations
Use company time-tracking and workflow systems effectively
Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ years of post-qualification legal practice experience
Strong passion for teaching and mentoring
Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Strong analytical thinking and writing ability
Deep interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
Curious learner with interdisciplinary interests beyond law
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
LL.B / legal qualification
Strong AI and automation skills
Experience in:
Academic writing
Online teaching
Course creation
Legal research
Familiarity with productivity and automation tools
Adaptability across legal and non-legal domains
Bonus Preference
