About the Role

Craft Facades is looking for an experienced Façade CAD Designer with strong expertise in façade drafting and detailing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing façade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details while coordinating with engineering and project teams.

This role offers an opportunity to work on innovative façade projects and gain exposure to advanced design and fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality 2D and 3D CAD drawings for façade systems
Develop:
Shop drawings
Fabrication drawings
Installation details
Material take-offs (MTO)
Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately
Coordinate with:
Design engineers
Project managers
Fabrication teams
Ensure all drawings comply with:
Project specifications
Industry standards
Quality requirements
Maintain drawing revisions and documentation control
Participate in design reviews and site coordination when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in façade drafting/design
Strong proficiency in:
AutoCAD
2D & 3D drafting
Knowledge of:
Façade systems
Construction methodologies
Façade materials
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience with:
Revit
Rhino
BIM tools
