Role Overview

The role involves leading pre-silicon verification activities for complex SoC/IP/Subsystem designs while collaborating with customers, architects, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams. The candidate will be responsible for driving verification quality, mentoring engineers, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Project Engagement
Work with customers to understand verification requirements and define verification scope.
Estimate resource requirements and manage verification activities effectively.
Report project status to management and identify execution risks proactively.
Technical Verification Leadership
Lead teams performing pre-silicon verification for SoC/IP/Subsystems.
Create verification plans and drive coverage closure activities.
Perform debugging, coverage analysis, and verification reviews.
Ensure adherence to verification methodologies and quality standards.
Technical Expertise & Collaboration
Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, and silicon validation teams.
Work with Synopsys products, VIPs, and verification methodologies.
Support deployment of tool and IP solutions with AE and Sales teams.
Team Mentorship
Mentor and guide engineers in daily verification activities.
Improve team capability for future projects and advanced verification flows.
Provide continuous technical feedback to improve deliverable quality.

Strong understanding of:

PCIe
Ethernet
USB

Hands-on experience with:

VCS
Waveform analyzers
Synopsys VIPs
Third-party VIP integration
Additional Requirements
Strong understanding of ASIC design flow
Team leadership and project management ability
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Educational Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics or related domain
