Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, business development, and promoting the company’s manufacturing capabilities across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Marketing
Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to attract OEM and ODM clients.
Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms, exhibitions, and industry networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Promote EMS services including PCBA, wiring harness, box-build assemblies, and product development solutions.
Client Management
Coordinate with technical and sales teams to prepare RFQs, proposals, and presentations.
Conduct client meetings and follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable manufacturing solutions.
Maintain strong customer engagement and ensure timely response to client queries.
Digital Marketing & Branding
Manage LinkedIn and other B2B platforms for lead generation and brand visibility.
Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Participate in trade shows, expos, and industrial events to expand business networks.
Maintain CRM systems and monitor lead conversion metrics.
Reporting & Coordination
Track sales pipeline and prepare regular performance reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing marketing/sales.
Strong understanding of:
PCB Assembly (PCBA)
Wiring Harness
Box-Build Manufacturing
Electronics Product Development
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn marketing, and B2B sales strategies.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions.
Preferred Skills
Existing network in OEM/ODM industries.
Experience working with international clients.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Passion for electronics and technology-driven industries.
