Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth and client engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and marketing, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, messages, and social media platforms.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and business development activities.
Present company products and services professionally to prospective clients.
Maintain and update customer databases, follow-up records, and sales reports.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Attend client meetings, promotional events, and networking activities when required.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly targets and business objectives.
Skills Required
Fluent English communication skills (Mandatory)
Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, email handling, and CRM tools
Good client-handling and follow-up skills
Qualifications
MBA or any Post-Graduation degree (Mandatory)
