Role Overview
The Technical Engineer will be responsible for installation, servicing, and maintenance of IoT controllers used in:
Irrigation Automation Systems
Fertigation Systems
Smart Agricultural Solutions
The role requires technical troubleshooting skills, field support capability, and customer interaction experience.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Service
Conduct installation and commissioning of IoT controllers
Perform servicing and troubleshooting of automation systems
Support maintenance activities at customer locations
Technical Support
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Ensure proper functioning of IoT-based irrigation systems
Provide field-level customer support and guidance
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with customers during installation and servicing
Maintain service reports and technical documentation
Work independently and collaboratively with technical teams
Qualification Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience Required
Minimum 2 Years as Technical Engineer
