Role Overview

Reliance Digital is hiring a Manager Finance to lead regional finance operations, strengthen internal controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation processes. The role involves close coordination with business teams, internal audit teams, and finance stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and maintain strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Regional Finance team
Establish and strengthen processes related to:
SBP Payout
Reconciliation
Credit Limit management
Ensure high partner satisfaction with finance operations
Complete month-end financial closing accurately and within timelines
Strengthen:
Internal controls
Financial processes
Monitor balance sheet performance
Coordinate with business teams to maintain:
Inventory levels
Days Payable Outstanding (DPO)
Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
Ensure metrics remain within Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets
Coordinate with:
Internal audit teams
Internal stakeholders
Support balance sheet reviews and BOC reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA)
2–6 years of experience in:
Financial Planning
Audit
Controllership
Related finance functions
Strong understanding of:
Financial statements
Audit processes
Internal controls
Proficiency in:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint
Financial reporting tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
