Role Overview

Riana Towers is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) for a senior-level role. The selected candidate will independently manage statutory and financial audits, oversee finance operations, provide strategic financial advice, and lead the accounting team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, team management experience, and expertise in auditing, taxation, financial reporting, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct independent:
Statutory audits
Financial audits
Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and regulatory adherence
Provide expert financial guidance to:
Individuals
Businesses
Government authorities
Act as the primary financial advisor and client contact
Lead and manage the accounting and finance team
Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management
Review and optimize company systems and financial processes
Perform testing and verification of financial systems and records
Advise on:
Mergers & acquisitions
Corporate transactions
Business expansion strategies
Detect and investigate financial fraud through forensic accounting practices
Address financial irregularities and implement corrective actions
Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations
Finalize:
Quarterly financial statements
Annual accounts
Oversee:
Budgeting
Forecasting
Financial planning
Financial management reporting
Required Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification – Mandatory
Minimum 5 years of experience in:
Reputed CA firms
Auditing roles
Strong knowledge of:
Local tax regulations
State tax laws
Federal tax compliance
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with high attention to detail
