Role Overview

RX Industries is looking for a detail-oriented and diligent Accountant to join its finance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance, preparing reports, and supporting business operations through accurate financial management.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records including:
Ledgers
Journals
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Prepare and process:
Invoices
Expense reports
Payment transactions
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Assist in:
Monthly closing
Quarterly closing
Annual financial closing
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensure compliance with:
GST
TDS
Other statutory regulations
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Generate financial reports and support management analysis
Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams for smooth financial workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in:
Accounting
Finance
Related field
2–7 years of accounting or finance experience
Preferred industry background:
Manufacturing
Construction
Related sectors
Strong knowledge of:
Accounting principles
Financial regulations
Taxation laws
Proficiency in:
Tally
SAP
Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
