Job Opening: Prior Authorization Specialist (RCM – Voice Process)

Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

Important Note:

❗ Candidates with NON-VOICE experience only are not eligible

Job Highlights:
Minimum 1+ year experience in Prior Authorization (RCM Voice Process)
Experience in Surgery / Orthopedic domain is mandatory
Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation
Key Responsibilities:
Obtain prior authorizations and referrals from insurance companies via online portals or phone calls
Monitor and update orders and task status with accurate information
Provide required clinical details to insurance companies for approvals
Handle insurance verification and eligibility checks
Obtain prior authorization for:
Injections
DME (Durable Medical Equipment)
Procedures
Surgeries
Ensure timely follow-up for approvals and updates
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1+ year experience in Prior Authorization (RCM)
Strong experience in Surgery / Orthopedic cases
Good knowledge of medical terminology and progress notes
Ability to handle voice-based insurance communication
