Job Description:

Medical Coding is the process of converting verbal medical diagnoses, procedures, and services into standardized alphanumeric codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS. As per HIPAA regulations, healthcare providers require skilled and efficient Medical Coders and Medical Review Analysts.

We are hiring candidates for Medical Review and Analysis roles in US Healthcare projects.

Qualification & Eligibility:
MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BAMS / BSMS
B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Nursing)
B.P.T
B.E / B.Tech (Biomedical / Biotechnology / Biochemistry)
Batch: 2020 – 2025 passed out candidates only
Skills Required:
Good communication and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology (Anatomy & Physiology)
Ability to read and interpret medical records
Attention to detail and critical thinking
Basic understanding of clinical procedures preferred
Job Role:
Review US-based medical records
Perform initial file screening and identify case merits
Analyze medical records to identify negligence factors
Review surgical procedures, pre & post-operative care
Evaluate nursing home care and potential malpractice issues
Prepare detailed medical summaries and submissions
Support medical malpractice case documentation
