🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive business growth while managing a high-performing sales team.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Manage individual sales targets along with leading a team of 3 members
Drive daily field sales activities, client meetings, and closures
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to exceed targets
Monitor performance and improve team productivity
Build strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 1 to 3 years in field sales with team handling experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Analytical mindset for tracking and improving performance
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
