👩‍⚕️ Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Superintendent to lead and manage our nursing department. This role involves overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare protocols.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and staff management
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and healthcare standards
Manage nurse staffing, scheduling, and recruitment
Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to nursing teams
Ensure high-quality patient care and hygiene standards
Handle emergency situations and critical decision-making
Collaborate with doctors and other departments for smooth operations
Address patient and staff concerns effectively
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
Registered Nurse with a valid license
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing / Healthcare Management (preferred)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in kidney care or dialysis centers is an added advantage
💰 Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
