💼 Experience: 3–5 years (ICU / Critical Care)
🎓 Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM (Mandatory)
➕ ICU / Critical Care certification preferred

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ICU Incharge to lead our critical care unit, ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise ICU nursing staff and manage daily operations
Ensure strict adherence to ICU protocols and patient safety standards
Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
Monitor patient care quality, documentation, and infection control practices
Manage staff scheduling, duty rosters, and performance
Required Skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Expertise in ventilator management and critical care procedures
Ability to handle emergencies and high-pressure situations
Salary & Benefits

💰 ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (as per experience)
