We are looking for a highly experienced Software Head / Chief Manager to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, lead large engineering teams, and oversee end-to-end software delivery across ERP, cloud, and emerging technologies.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
🧩 ERP & Software Delivery
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and software development across the full SDLC
Oversee analysis, design, deployment, migration, upgrades, and customization
Work with platforms such as:
SAP
Oracle ERP
Microsoft Dynamics NAV
💡 Technology Leadership
Provide direction across:
Web & Mobile Applications
Business Intelligence (BI)
IoT, Blockchain, AI / ML
Define and execute technology roadmap and software vision
👥 Team & Delivery Management
Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional engineering teams
Drive productivity, quality, and timely project delivery
Resolve complex technical and operational challenges
☁️ Cloud & Infrastructure
Work with cloud platforms such as:
Amazon Web Services
Microsoft Azure
Oracle Cloud
Google Cloud Platform
Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models
Experience with OpenStack & managed services (L1/L2/L3 support)
🗄️ Architecture & Systems
Expertise in software architecture, database design, and middleware systems
Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance application solutions
📊 Pre-Sales & Strategy
Handle RFPs, tendering, and proposal management
Drive bidding strategies for government and enterprise projects
Align technical solutions with business and sales objectives
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
21+ years of experience in software engineering, ERP, and enterprise systems
Strong leadership in large-scale project delivery and architecture
Experience in cloud, emerging tech, and enterprise integrations
Excellent stakeholder, client, and team management skills
