Hiring: Tally Operator – Inventory & Logistics | Bangalore

📍 Location: Madanayakanahalli, Tumkur Road, Bangalore – 562162
(Near Himalaya Drugs Factory Main Road)
💼 Job Type: Full-time (In-office)
🕘 Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (6 days/week, Sunday off)

💰 Salary & Benefits
💵 ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)
ESIC / PF (as applicable)
Insurance, Bonus, Gratuity, Leaves (as per labour laws)
Yearly increment
Travel allowance
Retention bonus after 5 years
🎯 Eligibility
Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 3–5 years (relevant experience preferred)
Fluent in English (Kannada preferred)
Good typing speed
💻 Required Skills
Strong knowledge of:
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Tally ERP
Microsoft Outlook (email handling)
🧩 Key Responsibilities
📦 Inventory & Warehouse
Track stock movement across multiple locations
Maintain inventory levels, batches, expiry tracking
Manage reorder levels and stock planning
🚚 Logistics & Fleet Management
Maintain vehicle & driver records
Route planning and shipment tracking
Monitor fuel consumption and costs
📊 Reporting & Operations
Generate reports (delivery, fuel, performance)
Analyze data for operational improvements
📄 Order & Vendor Management
Prepare Delivery Challans & E-Way Bills
Handle inward/outward goods
Coordinate with vendors for quotations & deliveries
Prepare comparative statements (commercial & technical)
Release work orders and follow up
📧 Coordination & Communication
Manage Outlook emails and responses
Share delivery trackers & project schedules
Coordinate with internal teams and managers
