Hiring: Design Manager – Mixed-Use Township Project (Guyana)

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead the design coordination for a landmark mixed-use township project in Guyana.

This role is critical in ensuring design intent is seamlessly executed on-site, with strong coordination across architects, consultants, and construction teams.

🧩 Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing all architectural and design-related activities, ensuring timely availability of approved drawings and smooth execution without delays.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Design Management & Coordination
Lead and manage multidisciplinary design activities
Drawing Release & Site Coordination
Ensure timely release of GFC drawings aligned with construction schedules
Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the central point between architects, consultants, PMCs, and site teams
Design Review & Quality Control
Maintain accuracy, compliance, and high-quality deliverables
Documentation & Approvals
Oversee submissions, approvals, and design documentation
Project Support
Work closely with Project Head and construction teams for seamless execution
🎯 Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch)
Master’s in Architecture / Urban Design / Construction Management (preferred)
12–18 years of experience in large-scale township / real estate projects
Strong experience in multidisciplinary coordination & complex project environments
Deep understanding of:
Development regulations
NBC, fire & accessibility codes
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
Revit / BIM
Primavera / MS Project (preferred)
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
