🧩 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Architect / Senior Architect to lead projects from concept to completion, manage teams, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and timelines.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Lead design development from concept through execution
Manage project teams and coordinate with consultants & contractors
Develop and present design proposals to clients
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Review and approve construction drawings & specifications
Mentor junior architects and guide technical/design decisions
Monitor project budgets and timelines for timely delivery
🎯 Qualifications & Skills
Strong expertise in Architecture & Design
Experience in project management and construction coordination
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
Revit
Other architectural/design tools
Good understanding of software integration/tools in architecture
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of urban planning & landscape design (added advantage)
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture
