π About the Role
We are looking for experienced AR Callers to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in insurance follow-up, denial management, and claim resolution within US healthcare.
π Immediate joiners are highly preferred
πΌ Key Responsibilities
Perform AR follow-ups with insurance companies for timely reimbursements
Handle denials, rejections, underpayments, and pending claims
Accurately document call updates as per HIPAA compliance standards
Identify and escalate payer trends and recurring issues
Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections and submissions
Meet daily/weekly productivity & quality targets
Stay updated on CPT, HCPCS codes, and payer guidelines

Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 1+ year experience in AR Calling (US Medical Billing / RCM)
Strong knowledge of denials, appeals, and claim resolution
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in night shift
Familiarity with billing software/tools (Athena, eClinicalWorks, Epic, etc.)

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage high call volumes with accuracy
