Start your career in the fast-growing US Healthcare – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. As an AR Caller, you will interact with US insurance companies to follow up on medical claims and ensure timely payments for healthcare providers.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim follow-ups
Handle denials, rejections, and unpaid claims
Accurately document call details in the billing system
Analyze claim issues and ensure timely resolution
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
✅ Requirements
Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, BA, etc.)
Excellent English communication skills
Willingness to work in night shift (US shift)
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Freshers & Immediate Joiners preferred
