CDR & Co Constructions seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Survey Engineer to join our team.

Analyze and interpret survey data to create accurate maps, reports, and plans for projects.

Prepare survey documentation and reports, including legal descriptions and boundary surveys.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to surveying and land use.

Perform site inspections and assessments to verify survey data and ensure project feasibility.

Stay updated on advancements in surveying technology and techniques.

Train and supervise junior survey staff as needed.

Previous experience in land surveying, engineering, or construction-related roles.

Proficient in surveying equipment and software, including CAD and GIS applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
